By dissolving interior half-walls and raising the kitchen’s dropped ceiling, the home was transformed into a sun-drenched sanctuary. A contemporary fireplace serves as a striking focal point, while a cohesive palette of new flooring and refined finishes creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere perfectly calibrated for both quiet evenings and elegant entertaining.

Perched on the waterfront, this award-winning condo refresh artfully erases the boundary between interior luxury and the shimmering horizon. Strategic structural changes, including a shortened kitchen wall and expanded transoms, allow natural light to flood the open-concept living space. With a sophisticated palette of light grey and crisp white millwork, the design celebrates its premier location with a sense of airy, coastal refinement.

Designed as a restorative retreat for healthcare professionals, this West Bay home translates stunning landscape views into a healing environment. The open-plan kitchen and dining areas create a seamless flow toward the water, while a reimagined primary suite—featuring a clever transitional walk-in closet—prioritizes functional privacy. Warm wood floors and stone accents ground the space, offering an organic, tranquil escape from the outside world.

This custom new build highlights the power of collaborative problem-solving. Faced with a massive 11-foot kitchen footprint, we bypassed the need for stone seams by designing a dual-island configuration—one for precision prep and one for social seating. This bespoke approach, mirrored in the innovative materials selected for the office and primary bath, ensures the home is perfectly tailored to the residents' unique daily rituals.

A profound architectural metamorphosis, this corner-lot estate was rebuilt from the foundation up into a two-story, modern European masterpiece. The interior reflects the homeowner’s heritage through limestone Versailles-patterned floors, a soaring stone fireplace, and high-performance tilt-and-turn windows. Featured in the 2018 Tour of Homes, this award-winning project stands as a landmark of timeless elegance and superior craftsmanship.

This late-1990s custom home was thoughtfully evolved to reflect a maturing, timeless style. The kitchen serves as the artistic nucleus, featuring cabinetry extended to the ceiling, a bespoke hood, and integrated panels for a seamless finish. Recognized with awards for "Best Kitchen" and "Best Design," the transformation utilizes a rich mosaic tile backsplash and refined furnishings to create an interior built to endure for decades.

Shedding a closed-off layout for a bright, transitional aesthetic, this three-story home prioritizes visual connection and flow. A new pass-through bar bridges the kitchen and dining areas, while a sculptural black iron staircase leads to an award-winning, spa-inspired primary ensuite. Featuring custom wainscoting and updated lighting, the design proves that a traditional structure can be unburdened to reveal a contemporary, light-filled masterpiece.

Starting with a complete blank slate, this 1,500-square-foot refresh utilized warm wood tones and jewel-toned accents to create a timeless, modern aesthetic. Walnut vertical acoustic paneling grounds the living room, while neutral quartz and slate grey tones provide a sophisticated backdrop for this new chapter in the homeowners' lives.

Nestled in the woods, this 1990s home underwent a two-phase renovation to shed its dated country-style elements. The first phase focused on transforming the kitchen, primary bathroom, hall bathroom, and laundry room. We replaced golden oak and laminate with rich Acacia hardwood flooring, bringing warmth and richness throughout, and a central kitchen island that creates a welcoming entrance. The primary suite was elevated with a porcelain-tiled shower and quartz shower pan, resulting in a cohesive, forest-bound sanctuary.

Living & Kitchen

This historic 1940s Puget Sound residence was thoughtfully evolved to honor its vintage soul while embracing modern functionality. By opening the kitchen to create a vibrant social core, we introduced a chef’s dream featuring custom cabinetry and quartz surfaces. New flooring was meticulously feathered into original hardwoods, ensuring a seamless transition between the home’s storied past and its high-performing future.

Once a seasonal retreat, this lakeside home was reimagined as a year-round sanctuary for family gatherings. The design centers on two new windows that flood the kitchen with daylight, highlighting a textured tile backsplash and quartz countertops. Updated millwork and warm cabinetry create a cohesive, inviting backdrop that balances the rugged beauty of the lake with sophisticated interior comfort.

To prepare this family home for its next chapter, we dissolved a restrictive central office that blocked natural light and backyard views. By opening the "U-shaped" kitchen and introducing sliding doors, the floor plan was transformed into a bright, connected environment. This flexible layout now offers the best of both worlds: an airy social heart and the ability to close off spaces for quiet privacy.

In this bold trilevel renovation, the removal of a massive stone fireplace unlocked a soaring, open-concept living area. Repositioned doors and windows now provide effortless deck access, while the kitchen makes a sophisticated statement with green-black base cabinets and brushed brass accents. This award-winning project stands as a testament to the power of structural bravery in modern design.

What began as a temporary stay became a permanent love affair with a neighborhood. By removing a dividing wall and enlarging the kitchen island, we anchored the home with a striking cherry wood centerpiece. Paired with a fresh blue-and-white palette, the renovation replaced "temporary" with "timeless," infusing the space with character and lasting comfort.

This countryside escape was transformed by removing two interior retaining walls, paving the way for a spacious, open-plan culinary hub. The new layout comfortably hosts a ten-person dining table and an eight-foot island, all set beneath a vaulted ceiling. With a dedicated coffee nook overlooking the yard, the home now feels like an airy, light-filled pavilion for daily living.

For this 1985 home, we executed a cost-effective refresh to align a traditional kitchen with the owners' mid-century vision. By updating cabinetry with cobalt blue FENIX laminate and adding quartz countertops, we bridged the gap between the existing architecture and the stunning water views, proving that a targeted refresh can yield striking, cohesive results.

Years of planning culminated in this 1970s trilevel’s dream kitchen. By removing a central wall, we created a seamless flow between the cooking, dining, and living zones. Designed in collaboration with a passionate home cook, every cabinet was placed for peak efficiency, while a new window above the prep sink frames tranquil views of the surrounding treetops.

To better serve a family of five, this 1947 historic home shed its compartmentalized layout and cold concrete floors. We introduced black cabinetry with warm wood accents and herringbone hardwoods to create a sophisticated, welcoming atmosphere. The result is a cohesive kitchen and pantry designed specifically to foster daily interaction and the easy rhythm of family life.

Bath & ADU

This 1940s Puget Sound home underwent a full transformation of its two primary bathing spaces. The downstairs bathroom was reimagined to include a deep soaking tub for relaxation, while the primary suite’s oversized, dated tub was replaced with a modern, spacious walk-in shower. Both retreats feature timeless finishes that balance the home’s historic character with contemporary comfort for residents and guests alike.

Originally a seasonal retreat, this two-and-a-half-story lakeside residence was redesigned for year-round living. The renovation introduced durable, high-end finishes including custom wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and precision-tiled showers. These updates, paired with new flooring and refined millwork, create a warm and cohesive environment

Set within a premier golf course community, this project focused on creating a spa-inspired primary sanctuary. The layout was expanded to accommodate a deep freestanding soaking tub and a generous walk-in shower. By retaining the original glass-block window to filter natural light while maintaining privacy, the design integrates new cabinetry and stone surfaces to create a serene, luxurious atmosphere.

This house, from 2002, was transformed into a modern, everyday haven. A large shower with four body sprays and a rain head replaced the large built-in tub in the redesign. With its heated porcelain floors, dark grey vaulted ceiling, and floating vanity with built-in motion-sensor lighting, this project won an OMB Tour of Homes award in 2019 and NKBA Puget Sound's First Place for Large Bathroom.

Located in a 55+ community, this project prioritized sophisticated aging-in-place functionality. In collaboration with Dickey's Remodel & Repair, the bathroom was re-engineered for full accessibility. The new design features a barrier-free walk-in shower, a lowered vanity, and a specialized closet system accessible from both standing and seated positions. This thoughtful balance of safety and timeless style was recognized with a 2018 OMB Tour of Homes awar

To support the evolving needs of a retired couple, this primary and guest bathroom renovation focused on long-term independence and refined aesthetics. The original tub was replaced with a spacious walk-in shower featuring a built-in bench and strategically placed grab bars. Enhanced storage through a new linen cabinet and updated, durable materials ensure these spaces remain functional and elegant for years to come.
